Contact Centre Agent: Telemarketing Insurance (108 Flexi)
Are you energetic, and self-motivated, share our passion for service, and want to join our dynamic Insurance Telemarketing team?

Main Responsibilities:
Make Insurance product sales to existing customers. Action outbound calls effectively, accurately, and professionally. Provide detailed, comprehensive, and accurate information so that customers can make informed decisions about Insurance opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
Matric qualification / NQF4 qualification. Experience within a sales environment (advantageous). Call centre experience (advantageous). Computer literate in MS Word. Good communication skills. Excellent selling skills. A high degree of accuracy. Strong attention to detail. High energy levels. Your reliable evening transport to and from Parow. Able to work flexible hours, Mon-Sat (08:00 – 21:00).
