Position: Production Line Operator
As a vital member of our production team, you’ll be on the front lines of crafting the baked goods that bring joy to millions. This role is both rewarding and challenging, offering a unique blend of hands-on work and team collaboration.
Job Responsibilities:
- Machine Operation: Efficiently operate and monitor production machinery, ensuring smooth operations.
- Maintenance & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in line with our high standards.
- Quality Control: Assist in implementing quality control measures to maintain the excellence of our products.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to meet and exceed daily targets.
- Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular checks and maintenance on machinery, reporting any issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Grade 10 or equivalent. Further qualifications are a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience in manufacturing or production is beneficial but not essential.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
- Teamwork: Strong ability to work as part of a team towards a common goal.
- Adaptability & Learning: Eager to learn new skills and adapt to evolving processes and technology.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure product quality remains uncompromised.
