Necessities:

Applicants should be in control of a Grade 12 Certificate and a National Recognition in Human Resource Management (NQF Level 6). 3 years junior the executive’s experience in Recruitment and Selection climate.

Obligations:

Manage and screen the enlistment, determination and arrangement processes in the Department. Work with the enlistment, determination and arrangement of all representatives in the Department. Audit and adjust enlistment determination strategy also, strategies. Guarantee consistency and adherence to enrollment and choice arrangement, methodology and prescripts. Deal with the opportunity rate, measurements and other related issues.

Screen opportunity progress in the Office. Offer secretarial types of assistance during shortlisting and meets determination board of trustees gatherings.
