Job Overview: As a Retail Cashier / Sales Assistant at The Brazilia Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an excellent customer experience. Your responsibilities will include handling sales transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our team. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Expertise: Leverage your sales experience to drive revenue and meet sales targets. Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the products and services offered. Customer Service: Prioritize customer satisfaction by providing assistance and addressing inquiries. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to create a welcoming shopping environment. Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Cashier Duties: Utilize your cashier experience to accurately process transactions. Handle cash, card payments, and other electronic transactions with precision. Ensure the accuracy of pricing and discounts. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals. Contribute to a positive team culture and foster a supportive work environment.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the products offered, including features, benefits, and promotions. Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions. Flexibility: be adaptable to the needs of the business, including working varied hours based on demand.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Proven experience in sales for at least 1 year is required. Cashier experience of at least 1 years is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of energy and enthusiasm. Customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment. Flexibility to work full-time or part-time based on business needs.

  • Availability to start on or before 2023/12/10.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience: Entry level, with a passion for customer service. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to assist customers effectively. Numerical Ability: Basic math skills to calculate costs, handle payments, and provide change. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals. Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks and responsibilities. Merchandising Knowledge: Interest in staying up-to-date on merchandise trends, promotions, and product information.
