Shopper & Driver Supervisor role inside the following location:

Nelspruit Crossing – Mbombela.

Duties and obligations:

 

Lead and supervise a group of Shoppers and Drivers to make sure flawless service transport to our customers daily
Spot take a look at Uniform, Orders, workforce attendance, system and tactics
Reporting: Adherence and workforce attendance
Problem-resolve and troubleshoot everyday operational issues, approaching all facets with an analytical, trouble-solving mindset.

Daily management of Shoppers and Drivers to ensure the most efficient and effective teamwork to attain their KPIs, mainly related to on-time fulfilment. Daily and weekly KPI reporting.
Train and increase shoppers.
Demonstrate consistent application of inner methods.
Demonstrate flexibility in balancing the success of personal goals with competencies to recognize and reply to organizational needs.

Staff Management:

 

Allocate schedules to all workforce to make certain right, efficient and effective control of the store orders.
Conduct normal workforce meetings with the team to enhance motivation and communique
Ensure that each team of workers report to paintings on time always.
To facilitate training and training for a team of workers participants who generally lack carrier delivery.
Ensure the body of workers members clear up queries. Facilitate and control queries submitted to go office timeously.
Identify education needs to provoke appropriate education to better body of worker’s understanding of their environment

Complaints Management:

Assist and attend to client and motive force queries

Investigate and respond to client queries.

Consults widely with human beings outside and inside very own Branch to remedy problems
Report

To provide weekly comments on a team of workers’ overall performance levels.
To offer reporting and associated overall performance insights on each day, weekly and monthly basis
Ensures accuracy of reporting
Ensures real-time reporting is continual to be had and visible
Reports are correct and timeously submitted to applicable events
Advise and check weekly reviews for proceedings, and downtime reports, and save productiveness.

Be eligible to work in South Africa.
A valid South African driving force’s license or a valid South African Professional driving allow (PrDP)
Clean driving document.
Must have your personal automobile or bike (registration documents to be validated)
